Mother Nature Circle in the Noongar season of Birak
Cyclical living: exploring our menstrual cycles

12 noon to 2pm Saturday 10th January 2026

$35 / $25 earlybird

Enjoy two hours just for you. A chance to slow down and connect with yourself and other women in a beautiful setting.

We'll enjoy a cuppa on arrival as you settle in and meet one another. Then we'll move into the circle space for our Mother Nature Circle.

A Mother Nature Circle is a simple ritual space in which to step away from the daily flow of life, to pause and reflect. It’s simple yet powerful - telling stories, hearing stories, and weaving the threads of community and connection.

Our theme for this circle will be Cyclical living: exploring our menstrual cycles.

There’s great wisdom within the four phases of the menstrual cycle. Living with connection to these internal four seasons can help us remember that we can push and strive at times, but that at other times we need to slow down, reflect and gather energy.

The circle will be an opportunity to share experiences and tune in to the potentially amazing reality of being a cycling woman. Explore how this might work for you, through the collective wisdom.

I’d love you to join us.

Five places available.

Earlybird price of $25 available until Sunday 28th December, thereafter $35.
